Agents
Watching answer engines. Routines for asking for reviews and replying to them. The awards calendar and preparing entries. A regular rhythm of analyst and partner follow-ups.
There are twelve agents, one for each letter of FOUND and DRONICS. Each one checks, drafts, maps or records. None of them acts outside the company without a person approving it. A Strategist agent plans the work and checks each draft before you see it. You, the CMO, approve anything published or sent. A named human strategist is planned, not yet in place.

Waiting for your approval
Nothing goes out until a person approves it.
The spec card is read from the FOUND-F specification. The queue is example data from the approval points in the specs.
Here, a marketing agent is a written specification: what it takes in, what it checks or drafts, what it hands on, and where a person must approve. You can read all twelve below, and learn each one free in the Academy. See also how Foundronics uses its own agents. To see them run, open the 90-day simulation on a fictional company.

A plan across the twelve letters: what first, in what order, and what you should approve. A check of every draft against sources, the claim register and the voice guide, with reasons when it sends one back. It never checks its own work and never approves. A named human strategist is on the roadmap.

Behind the formula
Each letter has an agent that does the repeatable work. A Strategist agent plans across them and checks each draft. You approve anything published or sent. A named human strategist is planned, not yet in place.
Watch answer engines, map evidence, draft assets and keep the calendar of awards and analyst contact.
See the 12 agentsPositioning, a plan made for each customer, live conversations with analysts, and the quarterly review. Trained reviewers approve findings, scores, corrections and anything published.
How we use our own agentsA shared set of rules, checks and approvals for every agent. A design for each letter is being written. It is roadmap, not built.
See the harness plansThe agents also run. A simulation on a made-up company shows all 12 preparing drafts for 90 days, with a person approving what leaves. See the simulation. It is a demonstration, not a client result.
Each agent is published as a specification, and the letter pages are generated from those specifications. We do not publish results from running them on any named company. Everything on these pages is public. Nothing here needs an account.
The FOUND Score is free and needs no login. The agents work from what it finds.
