There is no service to contract for yet. These are the terms that apply to reading a public website.
The FOUND Standard
FOUND Standard v0.1 is published for use, challenge, correction, and improvement. You may apply it, cite it, and disagree with it in public. Attribute it, state the version you used, and do not present a modified rubric as the standard.
The sample assessment
The sample uses a fictional company and one real captured answer. It is a demonstration of a report format. It is not an assessment of any company named within it, and nothing in it is a recommendation.
What we do not warrant
- That any change will produce any outcome in a third-party model. No one can warrant that, and anyone who does is selling something else.
- That this site is available without interruption.
- That any figure on this site predicts revenue.
When service terms arrive
Terms covering assessments, payment, confidentiality, publication consent, and correction rights are published before the first paid engagement, and referenced from the agreement rather than replacing it.
