Foundronics Certified: an outline, not an offer.

Not built yetOnly an outline exists. No certification is offered, no one has been certified, and it is not accredited by anyone.

We would like to certify that a person can read a company against FOUND or DRONICS and say what to do next. This page sets out how we are thinking about it. It will change.

Please read this first

  • No certificate is offered today. Nobody has been certified.
  • Foundronics Certified is not accredited, recognised or endorsed by any university, board or professional body.
  • There is no date. The levels and criteria below are a draft.
  • The learning paths and self-assessments on the Academy are real and free today. They do not lead to a certificate yet.
Free to read · five FOUND letters, then seven DRONICS

Levels we are considering

Foundations

Anyone who wants the vocabulary and the logic.

Can explain FOUND and DRONICS, the twelve letters, what an agent may do, and where a person must decide.

Practitioner

A marketer or partner manager who runs the work.

Can take one letter, read a company against it from evidence, and propose one or two fixes with sources.

Lead

A CMO or channel head who owns the outcome.

Can sequence letters for a company, say what to leave alone, and set the points where a person approves.

Each level could have a FOUND track for CMOs and marketers and a DRONICS track for CMOs and channel heads. That is not settled either.

How we would judge work

The same habits the agents are held to. A draft list of criteria.

  • Claims are tied to a source or to the company’s own evidence. No invented proof.
  • The reading is accurate: the learner says what a company does, not what we hope.
  • Limits are stated: what the work cannot tell you, and what is not yet known.
  • Approval points are named: who decides, and what stops until they do.
  • Plain language, in plain Indian English.
  • Priorities are chosen. One or two fixes, with the reason, rather than a long list.

What is not decided

  • Format of the assessment and how it is marked.
  • Who marks it, and how marking is kept fair.
  • Whether and how any outside body would review it.
  • How long a certificate stays valid.
  • Dates. There is no date for any of this.

Our intention is that learning and assessment stay free and open, with no sign-in. That is an intention, and we will say plainly if it changes.

Meanwhile, start with the free learning paths.

No certificate yet. The learning is free today.

Twelve learning paths and self-assessments, no sign-in.
