DRONICS: seven more dimensions, one for each marketing motion

FOUND and DRONICS together make twelve dimensions. FOUND is owned by the CMO. DRONICS is owned by the CMO with the channel head and has one letter for each marketing motion. Distributors and system integrators are partner types handled inside those letters. The two scores are kept side by side and are never added.

  • D: Digital demand. Be there, with a plain answer, when a buyer who is already looking searches.
  • R: Referrals and resellers. Give partners a pitch they can repeat and a reason worth the effort.
  • O: Owned content. Publish what a buyer can use and check, in your own name, on your own site.
  • N: Networks and alliances. Be easy to find and easy to recommend inside the ecosystems your buyers already use.
  • I: Influence. Help the people buyers already trust to explain you accurately, before a shortlist exists.
  • C: Community. Build a place where practitioners learn from each other, and stay with it for years.
  • S: Sales enablement. Give every seller the few assets that make the first three calls easier.

Version 0.1 of the published subcomponents covers the five FOUND dimensions. The DRONICS dimensions are described on their own letter pages. See all twelve letters.
